Chilis
I have to admit, I never been a fan of Chilis. While their food has always been decent, it really wasn't anything special. However, after they revamped their menu, I have to say I really enjoying eating there again. One of my favourite new burgers there is called the Southern Smokehouse Big Mouth Burger.
The extra thickly sliced bacon is fantastic. Fried to perfection, has that crunch really does add that bacony goodness you want. Flimsy bacon usually tastes awful (read: McDonalds) and I tend to discard it out of the burger in such instances.
